Deliveries and Returns


We have two delivery options, both provided by The Royal Mail. First class postage costs £2.50, with Special Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends) £6.95.

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be sent that day*. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day. Except after 2pm Friday, which will be sent out Monday (excluding bank holidays)

As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we can not pass on delivery requests, such as 'leave in front porch'. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.

When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.

Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Once the order has been dispatched you'll be sent another email to confirm it has been sent and in some cases a Royal Mail tracking number. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know as soon as possible.



We offer returns within 30 days of purchase*. 

Please note: We do not offer free returns, your order will need to be returned to us at your own cost. Except if the item is faulty were we will credit the postage cost to you once the item has been returned. 

Returns Instructions

1] Pack

Please complete the return section of the packing slip, marking the reason number from the list below.

Return Codes
1 = Unwanted Item
2 = Arrived too Late
3 = Faulty or Damaged
4 = Incorrect Order

Please return any items with their original packaging, using the return label attached to the slip. Place the label on the front of the box ensuring it covers the original label and then seal the box securely with tape.

2] Drop

Take the package to the counter of your nearest Post Office.
You will be issued with a proof of postage slip, this must be retained until the package reaches us and the refund has been processed.

3] Refund

Upon receipt, your refund will be processed within two working days.
Please note funds may take up to ten days to show in your account.

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for what you would like and then return the items you no longer require for refund.

* You have 30 days from purchase to return an item.

Returns Label

You can find your returns label at the bottom of the Thank You note. If you have misplaced your note and label and need to return an item you can contact us to receive a printable copy.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase bought online, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: Your return must include your invoice and reasons for return. Your return can only be accepted in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original packaging, accessories , warranties, guarantees, labelling and any manuals which may have been included with the order.

Once your returned purchase has been reviewed and its condition approved, we will process your refund for you. Please be aware that it could take up to 10 days for the money to reach your account.
